Information used to run the store
When you shop or contact us, we receive information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, and messages. If you create a customer account, we also keep the account details needed to provide it.
We use this information to process payment, calculate tax and shipping, print and ship artwork, communicate about orders, handle returns, support your account, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
Payments and service providers
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce on KnownHost hosting. Stripe processes payments and receives transaction, contact, billing and shipping information needed to process and secure payments. Our store receives payment status and limited payment-method details, rather than storing your full card number or security code.
Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are optional payment methods when available on your device. Their providers process information under their own policies. Link is a Stripe service that can save information if you choose to use it. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
WooCommerce Tax uses store and customer location and order information to calculate taxes. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver your order. Hosting, email and technical support providers process information needed to provide their services.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress, WooCommerce and payment services use cookies or similar technologies to keep items in your cart, maintain account sessions and support payment security. The server and payment services may process IP address, browser and device information for operation and security. Blocking these technologies can affect shopping or checkout.
Newsletter choices
If you request artwork and sale announcements, we send an email asking you to confirm your subscription before adding you to the active newsletter list. You can unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails. Buying artwork does not automatically subscribe you. We keep subscription and confirmation information to manage your choice.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, protect the store and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction or tax records may need to remain where required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
